using a Swagelok hand tube bender the
hand tube bender corresponding to the
tubing size a piece of tubing a marker a
protractor is optional a Swagelok hand
tube bender can be used to make
consistent high-quality bends and tubing
made from most materials the hand tube
bender bends 1/8 1/4 5/16 3/8 and 1/2
inch and 3 6 8 10 and 12 millimeter
outside diameter tubing in a variety of
wall thicknesses the wall thickness
requirements for 1/4 inch stainless
steel tubing to be bent using the hand
tube bender for a minimum of 0.02 8
inches or 0.7 1 millimeters and a
maximum of 0.06 5 inches for 1.6 5
millimeters for a hand two bender with a
Bend radius of 9/16 inches the tubing
must be fully annealed high quality
seamless or welded and drawn meeting
ASTM a2 69 or a2 13

steel clamp was internally threaded

design is this places the RAM in the
center line of the axis which you are
