what happens when you take a portable
projector and throw in pretty much all
of the capabilities of a smartphone well
you get this the ZTE s2 Pro the s2 pro
is ZTE s brand new pico projector that
as you can see here has a metal
construction and is just over an inch
tall all around noise just about a pound
and it slips into any of the carrying
cases that CTU will be putting out for
it so the Pico projection is done by DLP
it is a mobile DLP that projects up to
120 inches in size at 200 lumens which
is double that of the original s pro and
the native resolution is at 720p so you
will have a great time projecting any of
the images from android 4.4 kitkat on
this device controlling the s pro 2
involves a 5-inch touchscreen right on
the top but there are some buttons all
around at this metal chassis that allows
for an intuitive user interface to bring
you to every word that you need to go
power underneath the surface is done
with the snapdragon 800 and adrenal 330
graphics but connectivity is also a big
spot for the s pro 2 as it can be made
into a 4G LTE hotspot which allows up to
8 devices to access it's fast networks
and even on the back here as you can see
with the ports you can have devices
connected through USB 3.0 it has also
built for practicality as a 63 hundred
million power battery supports up to
three hours as a full projector and up
to 10 hours as a hotspot and the
expandable memory slot allows for up to
2 terabytes of additional storage in our
initial testing we found that the device
was actually quite sturdy and it felt
really nice especially when you stand it
up on the little stand on the front and
get that projector going the 720p
resolution is definitely a bright spot
for the s pro 2 and being able to create
up to 120 inch size screen really makes
this a fun device to use it has all the
connectivity that is needed also in
order for you to go out into the wild
and be able to do things like present
presentations or even watch things while
you are traveling one thing that I did
like here especially is that having the
full Android 4.4 experience on
pro2 would also allow it to be an easy
way for you to do some gaming on a
projected screen from the Android
ecosystem it is really the integration
of a bunch of different mediums that
makes the Esper to a pretty compelling
package and we're going to be looking
out for it in the near future when it
becomes available and bring you our full
review of it so keep it tuned here to
Android Authority for the full review of
the s pro 2 once that comes and keep it
