we're here at exponent and we're at the Odysseys stand they have the Steampunk version of steampunked out version of their headphones that we saw at Rocky Mountain as well as a pair of LCD threes they're running it on through an e AR amp that HP for headphone amp fed by a deck mini from centrist as the source and we're at the centroids booth on the headphone level we have a working prototype of the hifi mate here on display would fully balanced outputs running to a pair of t1 by Bayer dynamic look very good at anticipating the release of this one I'm really excited to give it a listen it has a among other switches on the back it has an impedance switch that allows you to adjust for different headphone appearances impedances very nice also is compatible as you can see here with the the ipod direct input also a really nice feature but most importantly you know I'm really geeked about the idea that it has balanced output to a lot of different type of headphone jacks you can see here it's the two full-sized fully balanced XLR s but the final product should have a varying amount of output jacks available
