hey guys this is Austin I'm reporting live from CES 2013 with the huawei ascend to mate now yeah you're not seeing things this is an enormous phone it's got a 6.1 inch of screen you just can see here me take a look at compared to an iPhone 5 or even a samsung galaxy note 2 and absolutely Dwarfs them the first thing you'll notice is that huge screen now it only has a resolution of 1280 by 720 but don't let that deceive you it's still a pretty good-looking display again the resolution could F Lee be 1080p active but not so bad at all now there's some interesting things as far as the software goes it does run Android 4.1 jelly bean which always gets a thumbs up but on the flipside it's a very weird skin so for example it's cut stood up like iOS where you can only go ahead and go through your just your normal pages so you can't actually add for example like an abs or like pretty much every other Android phone out there so you just gotta go to stuff stuff in folders and all icon stuff as far as specs go it has a quad-core 1.4 gigahertz processor 1 gigabyte of RAM so again not so bad at all but you know could be a little bit better especially on the ram side if you take a look at it compared to the iPhone 5 even the Galaxy Note 2 and even the iPad Mini you'll see that is actually kind of an interesting size so we'll see if ever makes it the United States but definitely a very interesting thing I'm really looking forward to seeing more even bigger and better phones hey guys it's gonna be about it for this one if you guys enjoyed definitely sure to give this video a thumbs up and subscribe for lots more CES 2013 content hey guys I'll catch you in the next one
