this is austin from d3 enterprises and today me with the demo of what happens when you try that over the air update and iOS 5 jailbroken device so as you guys can see here i do that city installed as well as Notification Center and sbsettings so we do have a couple of things installed and what I want to give you guys is just old demo of what happens if you decide to update for example 2 iOS 5.0 point 1 so to do it oh when you do a click download and install give it some terms and conditions will also normally ask if you were plugged in if you aren't already and do believe it will not work if you're below fifty percent battery life so it's going to go ahead and download the forty megabytes or so and I'll be right back as soon as it's done as you guys can see here it says software update failed so if we look down here will say connect to itunes and try again later now I've tried this multiple times and this is the result I've gotten every single time and this is a bit of a mixed bag on the one hand you don't really have to worry about accidentally updating your device but on the other if you are interested in updating the firmware we're going to have to do the normal thing download you know gigabyte in itunes and then have to restore and all that kind of stuff if you enjoyed this video be sure to subscribe to the channel on YouTube and I will catch you guys in the next one
