today in here with the video talking a little bit about the ipod touch 5th generation so of course we've almost six months into the lifespan of the ipod touch 4th generation so the rumors really starting to pick up a lot of people are speculating about what we'll be seeing in the next model which of course should be out this September so one of the biggest things about this is that there was a supposedly leaked prototype yesterday was making the rounds soon as you guys can see here it looks fairly okay it pretty much looks exactly by the ipod touch 4th generation with two major exceptions the first of which is you guys can see here is the addition of a capacitive touch button which totally replaces the home button with just a single smooth slick piece of glass exactly like you would feel anywhere else however its capacitive so you can touch on it and it will take you back to the home screen another edition in this ipod touch is the fact that it has a 128 gigabytes of storage which is double what the current high-end ipod touch has now i have no doubt that this sep tember we will see the ipod touch 5th generation and very well could be in the very same case as on the ipod touch 4th generation it's very thin really nice to hold although i wish they would get rid of such a terrible terrible scratch pro metal on the back but at any rate i wouldn't be surprised of apple does stick with it now like I said I 128 gigabytes of storage I wouldn't be surprised about that at all however a capacitive home button I don't really get that now while these images do look fairly legit you can even see on the back of the ipod touch it shows DVT one which is what Apple puts on their Apple prototypes shows for development um I don't really totally but my into this if you take a look at the pictures are all really really grainy and especially the capacitive home button looks pretty bad so while this very well might actually be a picture of a prototype that Apple has I wouldn't really necessarily think that this is going to be the absolute final design you know they might have just been testing around with it or might just be a complete Photoshop if you're interested in learning more about the ipod touch 5th generation be sure to subscribe but i do lots of videos about all the new apple products as well as a wide variety of tech related content
