alright guys welcome to the first app
video for my channel this is a special
occasion so enjoy we wanted to do one of
these for a while a lot of people ask me
what I do for abs and also what I do for
cardio so what we do is Tabata this is
kind of like a fun way to get cardio at
make your little your work out a little
bit dynamic so what it is is we do 20
seconds of a movement and then we do 20
seconds rest and then we do another 20
seconds so we do this for about 4
minutes really intense keeping time
under tension and this is a good way you
know if you're tired of being on the
treadmill or stair mast or elliptical of
just being dynamic you know one thing I
want to do this year is be more dynamic
and more athletic and not just look good
so what we did first is we used a yoga
ball and the Smith Machine and we're
pretty much like simulating like a
overhead like AB movement I don't know
what to call it but we use the track of
the Smith Machine to kind of keep our
form
alright and next up we have believed
these are called frog splashes I'm not
really sure but but I like I'm hitting
that lower ab the v-cut these work great
and again we did Tabata on these we did
20 seconds on 20 seconds off and at this
time my abs were freaking done you know
yeah for these you wanna what I do is I
put the time on my phone and I look at
it that way I can keep stay on track
instead of trying to count in my head
you may lose track whatever Baba just
one less thing to worry about and more
so you can get that mind muscle
connection with your abs and just focus
on doing the movement and not worry
about how much time you have and some
tips that I have for abs for you guys
out there is with any movement always
blood all the air at the top of the
movement really contract those ABS as
hard as you can a lot of people I see in
the gym they're just going through the
motions they're not really moving the
weight or doing the movement with that
deep contraction and a lot of times I
Kyle have people do the ab workouts in
front of me and I say okay I check their
abs and I check the breathing they're
barely breathing out and how can you get
a full contraction like right now taking
a bunch of air and then try to contract
your abs it doesn't work but blah all
there and then contract you're gonna
meet your abs are gonna be popping
literally no pun intended so yeah try
these workouts out we are about two
weeks away from Coachella so we are just
getting it in we did about we did these
two workouts and then we did Tabata on
the row machine and i will be showing
you guys a video that coming very soon i
