How To Feel Comfortable Talking in Social Situations!

what is up guys it's BTW back here again
with another motivational Monday today I
want to talk to you guys about talking
louder to feel more confident in social
situation now for me personally this is
something that I've dealt with is
feeling awkward in social situations
whether it be at work with your friends
meeting new people etc etc one way that
i found that will overcome this is to
talk louder consciously talk louder this
will get rid of all the self-doubt and
when you try to talk about or you can't
do multiple things at once so you can't
doubt yourself while you're talking
louder and messing up your words this is
a quick and easy way to feel more
confident in those situations and to
take your mind out of it because a lot
of the times it's just us getting in the
way of getting to know other people or
to connect with other people and come
off and express ourselves like we want
to a lot of times we're holding back
we're not saying what we want to say
we're thinking too much think less talk
louder and see if this doesn't change
how you interact with people on a
day-to-day basis and social situations
and overcome that social anxiety ok guys
