Quick Tips W/ BT #3: Creative ab workout

what is up guys is BTW back here again with another quick tip today we have an ab workout and as you see i'm starting off with some imaginary rope pools trying to pull a rope through my legs and we did 20 on the first round 40 on the second round 60 on the last round and then as you see we move right into knee push pools and this is where you're going to pull your knees towards your face and then you're going to push away with your hands on your knees so this creates a force in your abs it creates kind of like a standstill in your abs your abs have nowhere to go but to pop out so I've been trying this out hold it for 30 seconds really push yourself to go as hard as you can in both directions as you see my arms are flexing right there so try this out get three rounds of both and let me know how it goes I will see you guys in the next video thank you for watching
