this is what happens when you have too much protein she passed out good morning everybody good morning everybody start off the day kind of late today catching up on sleep from the work week you know how it goes but today could go to the mall gonna head to my boy Rashad's birthday party I'll bring you guys along I don't know what else we're going to do today I'll think of some stuff as we go along but that's what we got planned for today I got a I got a thumb some videos for my YouTube some some motivational Monday and i also have to record a life hack video which is a new series I'm going to start so I'm going to start on that I will see you guys later let's gonna clock I haven't eaten yet been editing all morning so uh you want some intermittent fasting is what I'm telling myself let's go and so I am on the way to get some food it is now one o'clock and i have not eaten yet i am on my way to in and out have a cheat meal because i have not had a cheat meal this week can you believe that i've not had a cheat meal i had some halo top ice cream I'm not gonna lie to you but than that I've been good earn this is all me right now let's go well this is the line for in and out for those of you who don't live in California yeah got him here's a tip when you get your bag or rip it like this you kind of make a little placemat for yourself see that place mat all right guy so I've had this bad headache all morning kind of sucks but trying to deal with it drink more water super dehydrated got the cracked out eyes so I got the glasses on I'm feeling very out of it today I don't feel good whatsoever but things have to get done this period so we're going to get the bet in this story going to head to the mall right now I'm looking for some shorts we're going on vacation this next is coming thursday we're going to San Diego so I need some shorts and some tanks and some just nice looking clothes you know be on vacation you want to look nice for the pictures you know what I mean you don't want to be rocking barrel spongebob t-shirt from the fifth grade you want to be rocking some nice clothes that's what we are doing now I'll see you guys in a little bit really seasons i have a class we are going to the mall uniqlo cotton on lululemon even though i don't need to be in there it's so fucking expensive but that's where i'm planning on going in the mall i need some shorts your shirt's make some undershirts thanks this was a basic shirt but they're nowhere to be found in the gap what is going on right now what the fuck but they have them up here but they are nowhere to be found not right there what what and by giving problems extra large an extra large what everything Cobra the trip was a bust a big blessed because no shirts as you saw fit me in my arms so company has come out with something that fits bodybuilder arms not I mean on our way to dinner at bjs who do you guys like a bj's tell me in the comments rice decided to park on the other side of the building it up oh god he's here hey boys let's go dude we're gonna have that made that confusing are you all right na Wei has been some whale rider cheers are we are you guys for coming out on us on a sunday night I know has work in school and whatnot small man I'm glad as I can make it out and spend a little bit little bit timing I know we don't get together as a resuit but I enjoy every time we spend together brought me and much better or for worse have changed my life each and every one he has a cranny dead we meant a lot to me Oh in the past couple of years and I don't think I'll be the same fun personality am today without you guys are definitely a great part of my life so I'm glad we can take a couple hours out of our day to get together and sit around and you know celebrate me Oh here for you handle you hey Paige hit alright guys that's gonna do it for this vlog just finished editing motivational Monday uploaded it's good to go for tomorrow so I'm glad that you guys came along with me today I had a lot of fun mmm the headache wasn't so fun but the day was fun so you guys have enjoyed flops
