hey this is nate with sita and we're
here in san francisco with big Newsom
oculus first we've got a release date /
a release window early 2016 there's
still no word on pricing now the oculus
rift looks quite a bit like the
developing kids we've seen over the last
couple of years there are two ear pieces
on the side that control the audio and
there's going to be a little stem that
you hook up to your PC that's going to
handle your positional tracking we also
know that the oculus rift will be
bundled with an xbox one controller and
can stream games directly from your xbox
one now that's going to be a nice way to
pad the games library a little bit as
developers ramp up and get their own
games develop for the assistant now I do
the big news out of this event are the
new oculus touch controls that we got to
check out now they're prototypes called
half moon at the moment but their
controllers that go around your hand and
offer ends and analog sticks you control
the games and get natural hand gestures
like waving to your friends and things
like that unfortunately we can't go
hands-on with any of this just yet but
we will be hearing a lot more and seeing
a lot more at e3 I'm Nate well be sure
to head to seen it to check out
everything else thanks for watching
