david katz mine from cnet i'm in samsung's booth at CES 2014 standing in front of a curve television now a lot of the curve television Samsung is selling this year our ultra high-definition 4k resolution this one is not this is a 1080p resolution TV it's actually Samsung's flagship 1080p for 2014 aside from the resolution this TV does include Samsung's best picture enhanced it for 2014 including a local dimming from its edge lit backlight the TV doesn't include a camera a lot of the other high-end doodads included on the 9000 UHD curved series one missing features the four-way split screen found on the you HD version of this television this TV can be split in only two halves but you know what you can't really keep track of only two things at the same time it does include the company's new touchpad remote and new for 2014 Samsung's curved TVs can actually be wall-mounted so it does come with a wall mount kits you can stick it on the wall and it probably looks pretty cool with a curved TV on the wall that's a look at Samsung's h eight thousand 1080p television it's best for 2014 i'm david katz meijer at Cena
