that could seep into every part of our
lives for televisions this year the name
of the game will be HDR or high dynamic
range brighter brights and darker darks
and better color so it's kind of the the
better pixels not more pixels story it's
not just the screen on the wall but the
screen just inches from your eyes
virtual reality will become a reality
this year for consumers we're right at
the cusp of the biggest virtual reality
platforms launching so you're going to
see a lot of companies talk about
streaming content partnerships carmakers
will show off everything from mirrorless
cars two cars that can park themselves
with the wave of an arm wearable tech
isn't just for counting your steps or
measure your heart rate it can also
track how many calories you consume your
body fat how much pain you're in or even
your nozzle levels and they're going
beyond your wrist looking at clothing
you'll start seeing things like shoes or
hats and your headphones that start
including this tech to with more than
170,000 people expected to attend and
with nearly two and a half million
square feet of exhibition space this
year there are increased security
measures it makes some sense given
events over the last few months around
the world there will be longer lines at
the show more thorough bag checks but
you won't see one piece of popular tech
roaming the vast convention floor
so-called hoverboards have been banned
