hi I'm rich brown frisina we're here at
digital experience at CES we're at the
asus booth in here we've got the Asus
Transformer AIO so this is a unique
system we haven't seen before it's a
tablet and desktop hybrid so right here
there's an 18.4 inch display its 19 by
10 and it is a touchscreen and you can
see here it's showing Windows 8 if I
lift it up off this off the stand here
you see we get this screen now you do
have an option to run windows 8 on here
normally that's a bug they're working
through right now but here I hit the
Android home button and it takes you
back to the android screen so there's a
Tegra 3 chip in here running Android
jelly bean operating system plug it back
in though and it goes back to Windows 8
with this button here on the side asus
isn't talking about when the system will
be available or the battery life for the
tablet so we slow some details we need
to learn overall though this is kind of
a trend we're seeing lately with
companies trying to merge tablets and
laptops and desktops and different
configurations we're going to sort of
bridge the gap between mobile Windows
Windows RT and all kinds of different
operating systems and devices so the
tablet also has a stand in the back but
was pretty easily stands up like that is
pretty convenient over all other systems
speak to a trend we're seeing with
companies merging laptops desktops and
tablets into all kinds of different
configuration Cyrus Brown this is the
Asus Transformer AIO
you
