Amazon Prime has a new perk to get you
to buy more clothing on Amazon a new
service called prime wardrobe is
launching to let you try on outfits
before you buy well really it just gives
prime subscribers an easy way to return
clothing shoes and accessories without
much hassle here's how it works while
browsing if you see an item labeled
Prime wardrobe you can have it shipped
to you to try on Amazon gives you one
week to decide if you want it and to
send something back just put it in the
box Amazon provides seal it slap on the
prepaid postage sticker and leave it at
your doorstep for pickup but of course
Amazon wants to entice you to keep as
much as possible so it offers deals like
20% off the purchase if you buy five
items or more this perk is part of the
$100 yearly subscription fee for prime
services you can't try it yet it is in
beta but amazon says there will be more
than 1 million items available and you
can sign up to be alerted when the
program launches services like this
exist already such as trunk club by
Nordstrom and stitch fix Amazon has been
trying to grow its fashion foothold in
many ways recently it also just launched
an Ecco smart speaker focused around
fashion the Ecco look will take photos
of your outfits and the app will offer
guidance on what looks good and what not
