Falkon hemo gadgets are an excellent starting point for the smart home and this year they've got two new devices coming out to market first up is the Wemo mini this is a smaller version of the original Wemo plug that you'll plug in and then plug something else in behind it you'll then be able to automate that device or turn it on and off remotely from your phone or by using this handy little button here next up is this Wemo dimmer switch this is a long-awaited light switch that's going to be an upgrade to the original Wemo light switch that original one couldn't dim the light just turn them on and off this one can dim them up and down using that capacitive slider or the controls on your phone you can also long press on the button to get automated control over all of your Wemo gear or to trigger in a way mode that will make people think you're home when you're not the new Wemo mini is going to debut for $35 it's already up for pre-order that we mode dimmer switch comes later in the year and it should be somewhere between 50 and 100 we'll see when it lands this summer
