Aristotle is a digital voice assistant but it's not like other ones on the market it's made for kids and it's developed by Mattel the kid tech manufacturer the device itself is basically the speaker with a light attached and also it comes with this camera here and that's part of where the price comes from but it also comes because it has Alexa living on it as well as another voice assistant and that is Aristotle the other reason is because Alexa actually lives on Aristotle but it also has its own proprietary voice assistant and that is what is called Aristotle the other big thing is that Aristotle fulfills a lot of different needs for parents of really young children it can work as a white noise emitter a monitor and a nightlight but when your kids grow up a little bit it can read them stories play games and even teach language lessons it really does grow up with the kid and offer features all along their development Mattel plans to make Aristotle available this summer and I'm really excited to get my hands on it and see how well it really works
