twenty-five hundred dollars buys you a
lot of laptop in the case of the asus
rog g7 52 vs OC edition i mean that both
inside and out built around an nvidia
geforce gtx 1070 and an overclocked
intel core i7 processor and running
Windows 10 Pro this laptop doesn't come
up short on performance whether you're
gaming or doing some other graphically
demanding tasks but let's face it with
something like this you're probably
considering it for conquering distant
planets or wandering around shooting
things and this is awesome for that what
it's not awesome for is enjoying any
sort of audio because its speakers are
pure terrible I'm not a fan of its
touchpad either which is somewhat small
for such a large keyboard deck and it
has weak palm rejection leading to
frequent jumpy cursor moves this laptop
is also on the wrong side of
travel-friendly though that's forgivable
given its internals and that it allows
for this nice bright full HD matte
display with a hundred and twenty Hertz
refresh rate and a large comfortable
keyboard that is backlit in red the
keyboard also has these programmable
macro keys and a quick launch for xsplit
gamecaster and the company's gaming
center software for system tweaking and
since it is such a big system you get
lots of ports and an optical drive
battery life isn't stellar coming in at
just over four hours when streaming
video but if you wanted all-day power
you'd be looking at an ultra portable
this is soos is about gaming performance
and that that is plentiful
