the Asus Zenbook 3 is a top-notch
Windows alternative to the 12-inch
MacBook but the new larger deluxe
version feels more like a macbook pro
the Asus Zenbook 3 deluxe is one of the
thinnest 14-inch laptops you can buy it
fits a 14 inch screen into a roughly 13
inch body and has very thin bezels so
it's a better screen to body ratio it's
also incredibly beautiful its deep blue
aluminum brushed lid similar to Zen
books of the past looks high-end and
chic it's mesmerizing circular pattern
combined with its slim dimensions makes
it one of the most beautiful laptops
around thanks to its seventh gen Intel
Core i7 processor it's an excellent
performer it handles most tasks without
batting an eyelash one of the downsides
about the laptop is its short battery
life in our battery testing it averaged
7 hours and 29 minutes which is fine but
lacks in comparison to the LG grabs
11 hours and 30 minutes and the Apple
MacBooks 10 hours and 26 minutes I mean
it's good enough to last a day of typing
on Word documents and web browsing just
make sure to keep the charger handy
thankfully it charges fast via USB C and
true to form even as charger is compact
and super portable asus also shifts the
laptop with hdmi USB a adapters since
the only port available on the laptop is
USB see it has three USB C ports one on
the left and two on the right which
double as Thunderbolt 3 the Asus Zenbook
3 deluxe is an impressively designed
macbook alternative but other laptops
are moving the ball forward more in
terms of features and battery life so
this ends up feeling expensive for what
you get even if it is awfully pretty
