I'm Scott Stein here in Las Vegas and
I'm wearing the a vegan cliff this we
saw last year this is a looks like a
headset when I flip it up but if I flip
it down over my eyes this thing projects
a 720p display over my eyes using DLP
technology so it's mirrors instead of
the LCD screen type pixels the image is
super crystal clear and you can see
projecting your eye this is a design of
what it's going to look like in the fall
the prototype that we tested out that
looks a little bit different but the
technology is the same you can project
it and you can see 2d or 3d you can
connect with anything that uses HDMI so
your iPhone your smartphone PlayStation
3 DVDs whatever you want it's like an
in-flight entertainment machine it's
gonna be available for $600 when it
launches it's a Kickstarter campaign it
also can be used for things like drone
displays or anything it's not
technically virtual reality but it will
show 3d and it actually has head
tracking using an accelerometer gyro and
magnetometer so that is possible but
don't you know think of that full super
immersive it feels like you're in a
little mini movie theater and that crisp
image is far far crisper and brighter
than you see right now using a lot of
those virtual reality headsets sooner or
later who knows maybe all of our
headphones will have little hidden video
viewers built in at CES I'm Scott Stein
