widgets are finally here in iOS 8 and
even though they're not exactly like
their Android counterparts they are a
very welcome addition with widgets you
can get auto Glantz app info from the
today tab in the notifications panel and
in the lock screen now even if an app
has an accompanying widget it won't
automatically show up which is a good
thing you'll have to enable it by
pulling down the notification center
going to the Today tab and tapping Edit
here at the bottom if there's a new
widget available it should say that
otherwise you'll get a list of all
available widgets and you can add remove
and reorder them here at iOS eights
launch there won't be a ton of widgets
available but expect to see more as
developers support the feature for more
