your iPhone has a little-known feature
that could help someone find you if they
ever picked up your lost phone all they
have to do is ask Siri a question who
does this phone belong to I believe this
belongs to Sharon Thomas this can be
super useful for helping you reunite
with your phone but it could also expose
a little too much information can I show
you a little trick sure
who does this phone belong to yeah yeah
that totally works
who does this phone belong to oh that's
incredible
who does this phone belongs you
all of your information yeah shows up
right there in the lock screen yeah damn
it might seem like the most obvious
solution is to head into your contacts
find your name and to delete all of the
information you don't want showing up
through Siri in the lock screen so you
can delete your home address your email
address but know that as you're deleting
these items
it might also diminish some of series
functionality so if you delete your mom
from your contact info you won't be able
to say something like series text my mom
but what might make the most sense is to
disable access to Siri from the lock
screen to do that just head to your
settings then go down to touch ID and
passcode enter your passcode and then
scroll down until you see allow access
when locked and then scroll down until
you see Siri and disable it now that all
your info is hidden from the lock screen
you're going to have to rely on
something like Find My iPhone
to get ahold of your lost phone for more
tips like this head on over to see
