if you're like me you keep everything in
the cloud from personal files to
important work documents but what if
someone gets access to these files or
even delete them that would be a huge
problem
I'm dan Graziano and I'm going to show
you how to password protect the Google
Drive Docs and sheets apps on your
iPhone or iPad the process is relatively
simple and only takes a few seconds to
complete from inside any of these three
apps open the navigational panel with a
swipe from left to right click the gear
icon to open the settings menu select
passcode lock and enable the feature you
will be asked to enter four-digit pin
code and then to confirm that code once
it's set you will have the option to
always require pin when accessing your
files to change the code and to remove
it try it out and you will see that the
next time you try to open your Google
Drive your Docs or sheets on your iOS
device you will be prompted to enter a
passcode for more how-to like this one
be sure to check out how to Tina calm if
you have any questions or comments feel
free to reach out to me on twitter i'm
dan rajion for CNET thanks for watching
