Facebook is a great way to discover interesting important stories and links and cat videos but sometimes you just want to save a story for later instead of emailing it to yourself here's a quick way to save your favorite Facebook stories using the facebook mobile app find the story that you want to save for later for this to work it has to be a post with a link in it not just a status update next tap the arrow in the upper right hand corner of the post and select save that's it to go back and find your safe post in the mobile app tap the more button in the bottom right and select save from the favorites menu now if you're back on your computer head over to Facebook and you should see a new icon and left column called saved and while you're here you'll notice that you can also save articles from the desktop version of facebook by clicking in the corner of the post so there you go that's how to quickly save articles and links on facebook so you can go back and read them later more quick tips like this visit cnet com / how to
