hello everybody its Linn law for CNET and right now we're going to check out the miCoach fit smart from adidas now the fit smart is a fitness tracker and is a successor to the company's smart run device from last year unlike other smartwatches like the Samsung gear live or the LG G watch the adidas device can't independently run apps nor does it get any notifications instead it connects with a proprietary app called my coach training run which you can download to Android or iOS it's equipped with a heart rate monitor on the back and an accelerometer during your workout it can measure your distance speed and pace and it also displays different lights to indicate your workout intensity and guide you along your training the fitness tracker will be available in both black and white and will launch August 17th for 199 dollars again I'm Lynne and you've been checking out the my coach fit smart from adidas
