the new macbook weighs just two pounds this is the lightest Mac we have ever made and eve at its thickest point it's just 13.1 millimeters thin that's the thinnest map we have ever made as well in fact the previous thinnest Mac here it is the 11 inch macbook air as you can see the new macbook is twenty-four percent thinner that is a huge difference and as you look around at every angle you see well this is an all metal enclosure the team is integrated the intent is right into the enclosure it's the first time we've been able to do it that way and when you open it up you're struck by one of its most dominant features that keyboard it has a full-size keyboard it goes all the way to the edge that actually defines the size of the notebook
