each October Warner Brothers movie world
hosts Fright Nights a series of horror
themed mazes that take place after hours
this year for the first time they're
doing a gaming IP namely the upcoming
horror title the evil within developed
by tango GameWorks and published by
Bethesda evil within comes from the
terrifying mind of Shinji Mikami
the man behind the Resident Evil series
and considered by many to be the father
of survival horror games in a unique
partnership petheram Warner Brothers
movie world actually worked closely with
Mikami to bring the game to life with
initial talk starting back in March of
this year visitors the maze will live
through scenes from the game brought to
life with a terrifying level of detail
we spoke to the designer of the maze
about why partnering with the evil
within has worked so well for Fright
Nights first up I'm a massive fan of
Bethesda and the games and it just fit
perfectly for what I wanted to achieve
this year r-rated super scary game
that's exactly what I'm after when I'm
designing a maze what's your favorite
part of the evil within maze I'm going
to go with forearmed law of the reborn
spider the surprisingly frightening maze
of the evil within runs as part of
Fright Nights at Warner Brothers movie
world
for the entirety of October and the game
itself is out on October 16 for old gen
