bucket challenge made headlines it was
Robin Williams who topped the list of
top trending searches on Google we saw a
lot of searches for quotes from his
movies pictures memes and also even we
saw a spike in searches during the week
after his passing related to mental
health and signs of depression the World
Cup took the number two spot followed by
Ebola malaysia airlines in the ever
frustrating mobile game flappy bird the
top people who peaked America's interest
were a mix of athletes in trouble and
Hollywood celebrities Hunger Games star

Lawrence was the most popular beating
out kim kardashian tracy morgan Ray Rice
and Tony Stewart people couldn't quite
let go of frozen which came in as the
top trending search for movies it was
definitely the year the selfie Ellen's
Academy Award stunt made Oscar selfie

but it's the questions we asked that may
be the most revealing in the how-to
category that top trending searches were

feature how to contour how to vote and
how to kiss oh we also use Google to
help figure out what's going on with our
