Can't find NES Classic? The Analogue NT could be your Nintendo nostalgia fix

2017-04-01
Nintendo nostalgia is back but what price the new Nintendo switch and ultra cute NES classic are ridiculously hard to find instead of paying scalpers an arm and a leg consider the analogue NT mini the analog is an original Nintendo Entertainment System reimagined for the modern era it's a finely machined aluminum game console with impeccable build quality and when I say original NES I mean it according to the company it plays every NES game and it works with every accessory ever made which means you could play games you won't find in Nintendo's own many NES DuckTales anybody or how about all those Japanese Famicom games you never got to try as a child the company says it spent 5,000 hours recreating the original NES processor so it'd be 100% accurate right down to the colors and second there's even options to add scan lines if you want that old-school CRT vibe it's delightfully retro and yet you still get modern creature comforts like an HDMI port to connect it to your HDTV a wireless controller and 48 kilohertz digital sound just note that some games may still need additional hardware if you want to play duck hunt with Nintendo's iconic zapper you'll need an actual CRT television - oh and the analog mini costs 450 US dollars that's still cheaper than fighting for a Nintendo switch on eBay but it's a lot to pay unless you've got an extensive library of old game cartridges
