the shadow of Chevy and Cadillacs Buicks
EPS into the limelight at their los
angeles auto show with lips new 2017
lacrosse this new model takes it styling
cues from the a venir concept seen at
the detroit auto show earlier this year
so you see a lot of nice elegant lines
on this large sedan now this is a
front-wheel drive model because feel
really emphasizes comfort over sport and
driving unlike Cadillac even with that
emphasis on comfort the La Crosse still
gets a 3.6 liter v6 direct injected
engine under the hood that produces
about 305 horsepower that's a revised
engine from GM's previous 3.6 liter and
that has idle stop technology and
cylinder deactivation to improve fuel
economy that's connected to an 8-speed
automatic transmission for electronics
we get Buicks IntelliLink infotainment
system this is very similar to the Chevy
MyLink system it's a touch screen icons
very easy to use it covers a navigation
digital audio and the phone system but
it also supports apple carplay and
android auto so you can use your smart
phones in there if you like the 2017 La
Crosse goes on sale next year and marks
a new elegant chapter in Buicks history
