either up josh golden rule cnet and this
is a look at a nice and simple action
cam the contour roam too now there's not
too much to the camera itself basically
just a lens barrel and contours rail
mounting system that can be used with
the company's slide on mounts or there's
a standard tripod mount in the bottom
two included are a couple of mounts in a
four gig micro SD card to get you
started to power on and start recording
and just slide the switch forward on top
here it's default resolution is 720p at
60 frames per second with a hundred and
seventy degree angle of view but it'll
also record at 1080p at 30 frames per
second though the camera needs to be
connected to a computer to make any
setting changes to help level out your
video the lens rotates 270 degrees and
there's a built-in laser triggered by
the status button on back that also
gives you an idea of how you're doing on
battery life and storage there's a slide
up door on back that seals up the
microSD card slot micro USB port and
reset and card formatting buttons and I
do mean sealed because the rome 2 is
waterproof to about 3 feet without an
additional housing video quality is best
suited for viewing its small sizes on
mobile devices or sharing online
artifacts and other issues are just a
little too visible at larger sizes if
you don't need more than that this is
certainly worth checking out I'm Josh
Goldman and that's the contour roam too
