has ruled in Samsung's favor overturning
a ruling that would have forced the
company to hand over four hundred
million dollars to Apple this stems back
to a case from 2012 in which Apple had
accused Samsung of infringing on a
number of apples design aesthetics Apple
does not technically lose the case but
damages will need to be reassessed
YouTube has announced that it is paid
over 1 billion dollars in advertising
revenue to artists labels and publishers
