let's start today's review by asking
what is the absolute minimum you would
consider spending on a pair of speakers
$500 $200 well how about just $30 the
Dayton audio b-52s are a pair of ultra
budget speakers which can be picked up
for a dime less than 30 bucks and yet
they don't necessarily look or sound
that nasty the speakers come with a 4.5
inch polycarbonate driver our five
eighths of an inch tweeter and wooden
cabinets boosting the value proposition
is the fact it comes with two sets of
speaker wires in the box you just need
to supply your own amp don't expect bass
depth at this size but they can reach
down to 85 Hertz you might want to
consider a subwoofer as well but the
sound is pretty clear for the price and
will sound better than most cheap sound
bars they throw in with your TV but if
you want better performance for not much
more consider the $60 b65 to heirs with
a much better tweeter and bigger drivers
for the money though there is basically
nothing else to compete with the date
and audio b-45 2s and they'll make
decent sound for a games room or holiday
house this has been Ty Pendlebury for
