this is the dell inspiron 11 3000 a brand-new laptop here at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show and it costs just 199 dollars this cheap plastic laptop is some great value for the money it's got a decent keyboard and touchpad a screen that looks passable if not great and solid build quality you shouldn't expect too much from this laptop in terms of performance it's only got an Intel Celeron processor 2 gigabytes of memory and 32 gigabytes of solid-state storage but it does have 10 hours of battery life with that configuration we're hoping it'll be a great competitor for the HP stream 11 which brought budget laptops to a new high last year we don't have availability on the inspiron 11 3000 yet but we'll update you on cnet.com when we do
