Kenmore has professional ambitions with
its proline a suite of appliances that
are designed for the avid home cook who
wants professional-grade appliances
unfortunately this gas range from that
line the seven two five eight three is
more amateur than anything else
now this can more range does look and
feel very professional especially with
the stainless steel finish and the slide
and design but the Kenmore had a really
uneven performance especially when it
came to baking and even roasting which
is usually something that ovens with a
convection fan like this one excel it
now this gas range does have a few cool
points especially its excel a heat
feature with excel iki you can put a
convenience item like a TV dinner or
frozen pizza into a cold oven and you
don't need to preheat it and the oven
will cook it right away and even that
though it was really cool when it came
to heating up some cheese pizza got us
some really bad AKA burped results with
some cinnamon rolls we tried with the
excel heat I expected a lot more from a
range that comes from a professional
line of appliances and it's $2,900 price
tag is a big turn-off when you take into
account its performance overall this
oven is a big skip
