this $1,099 washing machine from Electrolux may not look like much up close but it actually has a lot of really cool features hidden that are working for it behind the scenes one of the most interesting things about it is a smart boost feature this is basically a third pump that's built into the washing machine that actually pre mixes the water in the soap in advance of the cycle the idea is that it'll give a more overall clean more consistent clean and it sounds like a gimmick when we first heard about it back in January but this thing actually works it had an excellent overall performance score the best one we've ever had to date which is saying a lot when you factor in the price the control display too is really intuitive it doesn't have the same simple LCD screen as a Samsung model I just reviewed but it also has a four point four cubic foot capacity which is standard and competitive for front load washers like this one overall this is a model I would wholeheartedly recommend for its performance its features and its amazing price
