I'm Scott Steen at CES 2015 and we're
here with razors Oh SVR hacker dev kit
this is a hackable open-source vr
headset it's 199 dollars it's coming out
in June so what's the difference between
this another vr headsets there can be
more compatibility potentially with
other inputs and accessories and you can
actually mod it yourself in 3d printing
different parts we're going to try it
out and play some games you actually
spin and adjust each law each eyes
focused separately kind of like an
optometrist and I'm getting my eyes to
focus so i don't have to wear my glasses
and we're good to go and i'm looking
around and i am in VR and I'm using one
of razors hydro controllers to control
right now so I'm flying around a city
right now and I'm using these to move
around and I'm shooting things and I'm
knocking down buildings and I'm trying
to get my bearings I'm looking up i'm
looking around and i am trying to find
oh there we go it's like a dog fight
giant mother ships are up ahead and i'm
trying to avoid them so this is going to
be available later this year and we'll
see what other accessories are available
for it too but that's the whole idea is
that vr needs accessories and these
motion controllers are one way to do it
i'm scott stein here at CES looking at
razor osv ours hacker deck get here at
the show
