if you're a fan of cold brew you know it can take at least 12 hours to make this machine though promises to do the job in 10 minutes how can it do that it may look like a high end drip coffee machine but in fact uses a vacuum pump to infuse the coffee grounds and make cold brew fast unlike a typical cold brew machine it doesn't use coarsely ground coffee instead it uses finely ground coffee to extract all the flavor out of the coffee ground now I did try some of the coffee that this cold brew machine made and it was pretty good I have to say but it wasn't as strong as I like and I definitely want to be able to raise the amount of coffee to water ratio which the folks at first built say you can definitely do so you can make it as strong as you want or as kind of more mellow or diluted as you like the Prisma cold brew coffee maker will be hitting IndieGoGo in the summer of this year but should be hitting the market by the summer of 2017 for the price of $2.99 hopefully we'll get one in and test it out before that happens but for right now we just wanted to give you guys a quick look at the Prisma cold brew coffee maker you
