hi I'm David Connolly executive editor
for cnet.com and I'm going to give you a
quick video tour of the audio technica
ath m30 headphones these are some of the
more popular affordably priced over the
ear headphones that caused only around
sixty dollars and they sound very good
for the money you'll notice that the
earcups just aren't as plush as those on
the M 50s and the headband isn't as
sturdy or has padded that said for sixty
dollars these are a very good value this
does come with a quarter inch adapter so
you can plug this into your home AV
receiver and listen to it from afar
because that cord is so long and you can
listen to it with portable devices but
you do have to wrap up the cord somehow
because it will dangle from your side
it's just a little bit unwieldy as far
as sound quality goes these are
definitely decent sounding headphones a
good detail good amount of base well
balanced that just isn't as much detail
as you'll find in the step-up m 50s or
that refined sound these are just decent
headphones again good for the money i'm
david carr nguoi and those are the audio
technica ath m30 headphones thanks for
watching
