hi this is Bryan Bennett for cnet.com
and today we're taking a first look at
the HTC Titan too there's no denying
that this new windows phone handset is
large at one 9999 the Titan two rocks a
massive 4.7 inch screen runs windows
phone 7.5 and has access to AT&T LTE 4G
network what will really make this phone
turn heads is it's super high-resolution
16 megapixel camera on front is a huge
4.7 inch super LCD screen there are
three typical windows phone buttons a
front-facing camera that's 1.3
megapixels and resolution on back is the
phone's main camera with a dual LED
flash the sides also hold a micro USB
port and various controls for volume
power plus a dedicated camera button now
the camera is very advanced with plenty
of special effects and shooting modes
such as smile capture face detection
detailed ISO controls burst shots and
panorama just to name a few the Titan to
isn't the pinnacle of Windows Phone
devices while its screen is huge it has
the same resolution of its competitors
like the Nokia Lumia 900 the Lumia 900
screen also uses AMOLED technology which
makes colors pop more and has much
higher contrast also while its style is
elegant it isn't quite as fashion
forward as the less expensive Lumia 900
there's no removable battery or SD card
slot either I'm Brian Bennett and this
has been a first look at the HTC Titan
two
