either I'm Josh Goldman senior editor who's seen that and if you're looking for a mini camcorder to take to the pool or beach or one that can just take more abuse than your smartphone check out the samsung HMX w300 it's shockproof waterproof so no fear of getting it wet or being a little rough with it like any good shooting share camera it starts up pretty fast and starts recording at the press of a button settings are pretty limited but you do get white balance control and some fun video effects and there's this my clip feature that lets you tag a scene from a longer video so you don't have to search for a particular point in your shot and if that's not enough for you you can shoot 5 megapixel photos or capture 2 megapixel stills while you're shooting in full HD the video quality is good on par with the higher end smartphone or point-and-shoot camera but again this one you can take in the water or hand off to someone else without worrying about it getting easily destroyed I'm Josh Goldman and that's the Samsung hmx w300
