hello everybody I'm Lynne law from CNN
and right now I have with me the Kyocera
dura force for AT&T this 4G LTE device
has a 4.5 inch HD display that has a
1280 by 720 pixel resolution and it's
powered by a 1.4 gigahertz quad-core
Snapdragon 400 processor it also has a
non removable 3.1 ampere hour battery
that has a reported talktime of up to 17
hours the handset also runs Android
4.4.2 KitKat and has some nifty software
features from Kyocera like a barometer
that measures your current altitude and
a compass it's equipped with an 8
megapixel camera that can record 1080p
HD video and a 2 megapixel camera as
well on the top edge here you'll find a
shortcut key for the speakerphone and a
programmable button here that can enable
the carrier's push-to-talk feature users
will also get 16 gigs of internal memory
with the option to expand up to 32 gigs
via a microSD card and 2 gigs of RAM as
you can see the dura force is designed
to be incredibly durable it has a hefty
and thick encasing and the handset is
dust shock and waterproof in fact it can
survive in up to 6 feet of water for up
to 30 minutes the device isn't
functional underwater and you'll need to
check that it's ports are correctly
sealed but will certainly survive a day
at the pool or Beach currently the phone
is available for $50 after you sign a
two-year agreement or $400 without again
I'm Lynn and you've been checking out
