hey guys I'm here with the brand-new GoPro Hero 6 a bit of a first look and an unboxing for you so here is the package that we just got I don't know if this is going to be the same as what you get in the retail version but let's take a look this is the camera itself right here so if you're familiar with the older Hero 5 you'll probably notice that this is pretty much the same camera on the outside actually have the old Hero 5 here for a little bit of comparison a side-by-side so here are five hero 6 same touchscreen at the back same GoPro controls but even though it looks the same inside there are a couple of significant differences so there is a brand new processor in the hero 6 that promises to give you faster Wi-Fi transfer when you're moving footage between your camera and your phone but more importantly it gives you access to framelit rates like 4k at 60 frames a second and 1080p at 240 frames per second for super slow motion there is also this zoom functions see if I can activate it double tap on the back here and then zoom in and out using digital zoom right there to give you a different perspective on your GoPro footage so this is the hero 6 we are going to go and test it out and see just what it can do and if you want to stay tuned for more coverage check out CNET and this one is 499 dollars and it is available now
