Google's new Clips camera

Google announced an entirely new product from its pixel to event today and it's called Google clips it's an AI powered camera that in short takes photos for you once you clip it on wherever you like it uses machine learning with facial recognition to instantly take pictures and short videos it learns over time what to take pictures of and the camera looks for smiles movement and familiar faces all the content lives on the camera and it won't leave the device until you decide to share it it doesn't need an internet connection or a phone to work though it does work with the new pixel 2 phones so you can see your photos and video clips is a 12 megapixel fixed-focus camera and it's powered by a customized processor designed together with Google and Intel it's battery has about 3 hours of active capture it costs $250 which is kind of expensive for what it is we don't know when it will go on sale except Google said it was coming soon
