HP Pavilion x360 hinged-hybrid fights Lenovo Yoga

2014-02-24
hello I'm the West rapist CNET's here at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona we're taking a look at the HP Pavilion x360 now why is it called the x360 I hear you cry well it's because this hinge moves on a 360 degree angle and that means that you can use this Windows 8 hybrid in a number of ways the design is pretty similar to Lenovo yoga hybrid tablet range you can use it in regular laptop mode like this you can bend it round making a kind of tent shape which is pretty good for maybe touchscreen games or watching movies and you can fold it completely flat to use it like a tablet you can see that when it's folded flat in this tablet mode the keys and trackpad are still accessible on the other side but HBO choose me but when you're using it like a tablet these buttons won't be active this is an 11.6 inch screen you can have up to 8 gigabytes of RAM in this thing now the good news is unlike Lenovo's yogurt hybrids this thing is pretty affordable it'll set you back starting at $399 and for that a starting price you get an Intel Pentium processor so it's not super powerful but it's quite portable and it might be capable of enough processing grunts to get what you need done it comes in red and what HP calls smoke silver and it's going to be on sale on the 26th of February what do you think let me know and check out senior comm for loads more from Mobile World Congress
