HTC adds a splash of color to three new Desire phones
2016-02-21
HTC's desire range of budget smartphones
have been given a quite literal splash
of color to brighten your day
there are three new additions to the
desire range the 5:30 6:30 and 8:00 to
5:00 and all three share the two-tone
polycarbonate body with these lovely
dabs of paint splashed all over I'm
quite keen on the look it's a nice bit
of fun and certainly a lot brighter than
many other budget handsets if you want a
more personal look you can even attach a
lanyard or one of those charms to the
loop on the back the 5:30 and 6:30 are
physically identical packing 5 inch 720p
displays and front firing boom sound
speakers they both run Android
marshmallow with HTC Sense interface
over the top and both of them have 16
gigabytes of storage while the 530 has
an 8 megapixel camera though the 630 has
a 13 megapixel camera and a slightly
more powerful processor as well the 85
meanwhile has a larger 5.5 inch 720p
display a 13 megapixel camera and also
has 16 gigabytes of storage so it's
really just about that largest screen
all three phones are due to go on sale
in March although prices and regional
availability are yet to be announced
keep it C net for more from this year's
Mobile World Congress
