hi I'm Sarah Madras with Cena and this is the first look at Windows 8.1 Update 1 Microsoft made a few minor changes in this update mostly to help keyboard and mouse users on the desktop what you're going to notice is that you're always going to have a task bar on your desktop but even when you go to your Start menu it stays there which is great if you want to toggle between apps really quickly so you can scroll down and pull down to toggle to any of your apps get to other parts of the operating system you can also pull up at the top and close out an app if you need to microsoft also added controls for the Start screen so you can shut down or restart your device and on the live tiles you can now right-click to bring up a menu that you used to have to press in holes on the earlier operating system to use mostly it's designed to make it easier for keyboard and mouse users to use throughout the operating system it's easier to toggle between apps it feels more like a windows 7 interface on a new modern windows 8.1 operating system I'm Sarah Metropolis Cena and that's a first look at Windows 8.1 Update 1
