sony has been busy building more sophisticated versions of its lens cameras that work with your smartphone this is the QX one let's take a look so the concept here for those unfamiliar is that you basically got a camera without the bulky control part that's handled by your phone which this device speaks to wirelessly this particular device to QX one is compatible with all of Sony's e-mount lenses and it's got a 20 point 1 megapixel sensor it communicates with your phone using NFC and Wi-Fi direct and I think what's particularly cool as if you look on the back here you can actually attach this thing to your smartphone sony tells me that it should attach to smartphones up to 5 inches in size and it's compatible with Android iOS and Windows Phone it's gonna be on sale in the next few months let me know if you like the idea or if you'd rather have a good old-fashioned camera and check out cnet com / Aoife for much much more
