hey there I'm Josh Goldman senior editor
with cnet here at CES 2012 now CES
really isn't known for its great point
and shoot releases but this is an
exception this year it's the Canon
PowerShot ELPH 520 HS now what's so
special about this camera is that it is
the world's thinnest camera with a 28
millimeter wide angle lens and a 12x
zoom the body is only just about three
quarters of an inch thick now to get it
that small they had to switch to a
microSD card so yeah you might have to
go out and buy a new card for this one
it has a nice 3-inch LCD on back and it
shoots full HD videos just a really nice
point in shoot for its price at 299
they'll be available in March I'm Josh
Goldman here at CES 2012 and that's the
Canon PowerShot ELPH 520 HS
