hello I'm the West wait seen out here at CES in Las Vegas taking a look at the House of Marley liber8 headphones so as you can see how somalis going for an organic kind of star with these headphones I quite like this industrial metal band across the top it's called these holes in it and that covers this canvas material which also feels quite nice it's made of recycled materials the company is very keen to boast things like recycled water bottles the only design downside that I can spot at the moment is that these ear cups don't swivel the far way down the cable there's this remote which is good news for owners of Apple's iOS devices because it lets you do things like pause the music skip track generally control playback the liberate headphones cost $99 and they're going to be coming out in the months following the summer I had a quick go with them and I thought they were pretty bassy though I wasn't blown away by the sound quality bear in mind though that these aren't especially high-end or expensive headphones so they got an interesting design first impressions are that the sound is okay but we'll have to wait and see whether or not they're 99 dollars worth of fun I'm the Westway for CNET and these are the House of Marley liber8 headphones
